Browsing and planning help
Public pages do not require an account. Planning Help provides preset public answers. It does not send conversations to an AI service or access private project records. Carrying a selected question into an enquiry requires your choice and review; the full conversation is not uploaded.
Contacting us and project enquiries
The project enquiry and callback forms collect your name, preferred phone or email contact, city, neighborhood or ZIP and project type. You can also provide a description, project details, timing, budget and consultation preferences. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and manage enquiries. An initial enquiry needs no account, full street address or documents. A requested consultation time is not a booking.
Supabase stores the enquiry and a staff notification record before the website shows a saved receipt. Approved staff review enquiries through protected access. A saved receipt confirms storage, not email delivery.
Unsent drafts and uncertain submissions
If you choose to keep an unsent draft, this tab retains it in sessionStorage for up to one hour. A pending or uncertain submission can retain its exact retry details in this tab for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate requests. Avoid saving drafts on a shared device. The form’s clear-draft control removes an unsent draft; clearing browser records does not delete an enquiry already saved by the server. Expiry is checked when the website reads these records, so it does not guarantee immediate physical deletion from browser storage.
Submission verification
Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification requests to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Our abuse limiter uses a keyed code derived from the connecting IP address in its counters instead of the raw address. Verification and hosting providers also process technical request and security information under their own policies.
Approved staff accounts
Supabase supports staff authentication with Google sign-in. It processes account identity and session information to support access. Signing in does not itself grant a workspace role: access requires an enabled Home Builders Pro account and current authorization. Session cookies support that access. Public registration and customer onboarding are unavailable.
Hosting and website analytics
Vercel hosts the website and processes operational requests and security information, which can include IP addresses, browser and device information, and request timing. This notice does not mean that providers keep no operational logs.
We use standard Vercel Web Analytics to understand public page visits and fixed button and enquiry-start, step and saved-submission events. Our app filter excludes authentication, staff, customer-private and preview/test activity, form answers, contact details, URL query strings and arbitrary identifiers. Analytics can include general device, browser and location information. This website does not include advertising pixels or session replay.

Retention and requests
We determine how long to keep enquiry information based on whether it is needed to respond to your request, continue project discussions, maintain relevant project records or meet applicable legal obligations.
To ask about or request deletion of your information, use our contact form or call (323) 477-2127. We review requests individually, including whether any records need to be retained. Browser draft periods do not define how long a saved enquiry is kept.
